300 beds designed for recovery
The hospital's 300 beds are distributed across inpatient floors, the Intensive Care Units, labour and delivery suites, and day-care areas. Bed numbers for individual units will be confirmed closer to opening, but the design principles are already set.
Wards are arranged so that nursing stations have clear sightlines to patient rooms and short walking distances to every bed. Each bed is connected to the medical gas pipeline system and nurse-call, and every patient record lives in the hospital information system (HIS), so the doctor on the ward round and the nurse at the bedside see the same digital medical record.
The architectural renders for the inpatient floors show natural light, calm colour palettes, and clean finishes chosen for infection control as much as for comfort.
Two-sharing inpatient rooms
The two-sharing IP room is planned as the standard inpatient accommodation at Aravinda Hospitals. As shown in the design renders, each room accommodates two patients with a privacy curtain between beds, an attendant seat beside each bed, individual storage, an attached washroom, and a window.
Two-sharing rooms balance affordability with privacy—one of the hospital's stated commitments is accessible, affordable care for every patient. They are suited to most medical admissions, post-surgical recovery from the operation theatre complex, and mothers after delivery.
Each room is planned with adjustable beds, bedside monitoring points where required, and a nurse-call system. Housekeeping and infection-control protocols follow the same standards applied across the hospital.
VIP rooms for privacy and family comfort
For patients who prefer a private space, VIP IP rooms are planned on the inpatient floors. The renders show a single patient bed, a separate seating and sleeping area for a family member, a private washroom, and space for a doctor to consult in confidence.
VIP rooms are intended for longer stays, for patients who need quiet, and for those travelling from further afield—including families from neighbouring Karnataka and Rayalaseema, and, in the longer term, international patients. They receive the same clinical care, nursing ratios, and access to diagnostics as every other bed; the difference lies in space and privacy, not in the standard of medicine.

An inpatient room at Aravinda Hospitals is a short distance from everything a patient might need:
