A new hospital is a rare thing to be part of. The people who join before the doors open shape its culture, its protocols, and its reputation for years to come.

Aravinda Hospitals & Advanced Medical Services is a developing 300-bed multispecialty tertiary-care hospital on the NH44 corridor, Telangana, near Mahabubnagar. As the building rises, we are beginning to plan the clinical, nursing, allied health, administrative, and engineering teams who will run it.

This page describes the culture the hospital's directors intend to build, the kinds of roles that will open, and how to register your interest before recruitment begins.

A culture built on the directors' vision

The hospital's founders set out a clear philosophy: ethical medical practice, evidence-based medicine, patient safety first, transparency and accountability, and continuous learning. Those are not wall posters; they are the criteria against which every team member—from the intensivist to the housekeeping supervisor—will be hired and supported.

Three commitments define what it will be like to work here:

• Continuous education. The mission commits the hospital to research-based practice and continuous professional development. Expect structured induction, regular clinical audit and case review, protected time for teaching, and support for further qualifications.
• Quality without compromise. Clinical governance, incident reporting without blame, and evidence-based protocols are being designed in from the first day, not retrofitted.
• A NABH-readiness culture. Aravinda Hospitals is not accredited and makes no claim to be. It is, however, being planned so that its documentation, safety practices, and quality systems are ready for national accreditation standards when the time comes. Staff who have worked in accredited environments, or who want to, will find that mindset familiar.

Underlying all of this is team-based healthcare: multidisciplinary rounds, shared digital records through the hospital information system, and respect across professions.

Roles across clinical, nursing, allied health, admin, and engineering

Recruitment will be phased as the hospital approaches opening. The categories of roles we expect to fill include:

Clinical Consultants and specialists across the hospital's departments—emergency medicine, critical care, cardiology, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics and neonatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, urology, pulmonology, ENT, oncology, dermatology, general medicine, general surgery, anaesthesiology, radiology, and pathology—along with resident and duty medical officers. Nursing Nursing leadership, ICU and NICU nurses, operation theatre and CSSD nurses, emergency and trauma nurses, dialysis-trained nurses, ward and OPD nurses, and midwives for the labour and delivery suites.

Allied health and diagnostics Radiographers and MRI/CT technologists, sonographers, laboratory technologists, pharmacists and clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, dietitians, dialysis technicians, and endoscopy and cath-lab technologists for the planned Cath Lab.

Administration and patient services Front-office and OPD reception, admissions and billing, medical records and HIS, insurance and corporate desk, quality and clinical governance, human resources, finance, and procurement.

Engineering and support Biomedical engineering, medical gas and electrical systems, facility management, IT, infection control support, housekeeping supervision, and security.

What we look for

Qualifications and registration with the relevant council are essential. Beyond that, we look for people who share the hospital's values: honesty with patients, care for colleagues, curiosity about doing things better, and pride in working for the communities of South Telangana, North Karnataka, and Rayalaseema.

Experience in tertiary care, critical care, trauma, or quality systems is valuable, but so is the willingness to learn. Many of our roles will suit professionals from the region who want to practise at a tertiary level without moving to a metro city.
