ENT
Ear, nose, throat and hearing care, sinus and tonsil surgery.
A child with repeated ear infections, a grandparent losing hearing, a persistent blocked nose that ruins sleep—ear, nose, and throat problems affect every age. Aravinda Hospitals & Advanced Medical Services is building an ENT hospital near Mahabubnagar on the NH44 corridor so that these common conditions can be treated by specialists close to home.
ENT (otorhinolaryngology) is one of the key clinical departments planned for our 300-bed multispecialty hospital, covering hearing, balance, breathing, voice, and swallowing, with both medical and surgical care.

Technology & facilities for ENT care
Aravinda Hospitals is being equipped with endoscopy systems that support nasal, sinus, and laryngeal examination in the OPD and endoscopic surgery in theatre. CT scan and MRI provide detailed imaging of the sinuses, ear, and neck, while ultrasound with colour Doppler helps assess neck swellings.
Operations will take place in our modular operation theatre complex, supported by CSSD and anaesthesiology. Endoscopy and daycare facilities allow many ENT procedures to be completed with same-day discharge. Our 24×7 advanced emergency department receives ENT emergencies such as bleeding, foreign bodies, and airway obstruction.
Our consultants
Consultants are being appointed — details will be published as the team joins. Our ENT consultants will work with paediatrics, oncology, and anaesthesiology colleagues as needed. Visit our doctors for updates.

Frequently asked questions
When should a child see an ENT specialist?
Repeated ear infections, mouth breathing, loud snoring, delayed speech, or frequent tonsillitis are common reasons to consult.
Is sinus surgery done through the nose?
Yes. Endoscopic sinus surgery is performed through the nostrils without external cuts, and most patients go home within a day.
Can hearing loss be treated?
It depends on the cause. Some hearing loss is reversible with treatment; other types are helped by hearing aids. A hearing test is the first step.
Do you treat vertigo?
Yes. Balance disorders are assessed and treated in the ENT clinic, often with simple manoeuvres and exercises.
